Free DevOps Support: What Is Included and Where It Ends

Free DevOps Support is hands-on help from our engineers, included with every VPS plan. It exists because most hosting problems are not hosting problems. They are deployment, configuration and performance problems that a scripted support reply cannot fix.

It is assistance, not outsourcing. We help you get things working and keep them working. If you want us to run your infrastructure day to day, that is Managed VPS or Managed DevOps.

Example: Git-based deployment

A common request is to stop copying files by hand. This is the shape of a simple GitHub Actions workflow that deploys to a VPS over SSH when you push to the main branch. We adapt it to your stack.
