We operate your AWS environment day to day: secure, monitored, cost-aware and defined as code, so your team is not firefighting infrastructure.
Getting onto AWS is the easy part. Keeping an account tidy, secure and affordable over years, while the application changes underneath it, is where most teams struggle. With AWS managed services, an engineer who knows your environment is responsible for it.
We work with the services production applications actually use: EC2, ECS and Fargate, ECR, RDS, S3, CloudFront, load balancers, VPC networking, IAM and CloudWatch. Case Study 1 describes a Fargate environment we built with Terraform and CodePipeline.
Least-privilege IAM, MFA, roles instead of long-lived keys, and regular access reviews.
VPCs with private subnets and tight security groups, so only the load balancer faces the internet.
EC2, ECS and Fargate with autoscaling and health checks, including Fargate Spot where it fits.
RDS backups and snapshots, S3 versioning and lifecycle rules, and sensible retention.
CloudWatch metrics, logs and alarms routed to our team, plus external uptime checks.
Budgets, tagging, right-sizing reviews and cleanup of unused volumes, snapshots and addresses.
Automated backups with defined retention and restores we actually test.
Everything in Terraform, changed through review and deployed through a pipeline.
| Area | Routine work |
|---|---|
| Security | Review IAM changes, retire unused credentials, check for public exposure such as open security groups and public buckets, replace instances and images with current patches |
| Reliability | Tune autoscaling and health checks, verify backups, review capacity against growth |
| Cost | Monthly review of spend by service and tag, right-sizing, removal of idle resources |
| Change | Infrastructure changes made in Terraform, reviewed, deployed by pipeline, with a rollback plan |
| Incidents | Alarms routed to our team, diagnosis, a fix, and a short write-up of cause and prevention |
Environments built by hand drift. Environments defined in Terraform can be reviewed, repeated and rebuilt. Here is a trimmed example of the kind of definition we use for a private Fargate service.
resource "aws_ecs_service" "backend" {
name = "backend"
cluster = aws_ecs_cluster.main.id
task_definition = aws_ecs_task_definition.backend.arn
desired_count = 2
capacity_provider_strategy {
capacity_provider = "FARGATE"
weight = 1
}
network_configuration {
subnets = var.private_subnet_ids
security_groups = [aws_security_group.backend.id]
assign_public_ip = false
}
# load_balancer { ... } attaches the service to the ALB target group
}
A read-only review of the account: access, networking, workloads, backups and spend.
We fix the highest-risk items first, such as public exposure, missing backups and over-broad permissions.
The environment is captured in Terraform so changes become reviewable.
Monitoring, patching, cost reviews and incident response become routine.

Ask a QuestionYes. We use scoped roles in your account and you keep ownership of everything.
AWS is our main focus, and we also work with Azure, GCP and other major platforms. See AWS consulting for design work.
Often, by removing unused resources and right-sizing, but we will not promise a percentage until we have reviewed your bill.
Alarms route to our team. We agree what is monitored and what response you expect as part of the engagement.
Tell us what you run on AWS and we will outline how we would manage it.
