Professional mailboxes with webmail, spam filtering and correctly configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so your mail lands in inboxes.
Email is the service every business notices the moment it breaks. Business email hosting gives you mailboxes on your own domain, separate from your website, with spam filtering and the DNS authentication that major mailbox providers increasingly expect.
Plans range from 10 to 50 mailboxes, with webmail access, spam filtering, free SSL and daily backups. We set up your DNS correctly, migrate existing mail and stay on hand when delivery problems show up.
Addresses like you@yourcompany.com, with a mailbox for each person.
Read and send from any browser, without installing anything.
Spam and phishing attempts filtered before they reach inboxes.
Encrypted connections for webmail and mail clients.
Mailboxes backed up daily.
Existing mail moved over from your current provider.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly.
Help with mail clients, delivery problems and DNS.

Four kinds of DNS record control where your mail goes and whether receiving servers trust it. These are example values; we set up the real ones for your domain.
; MX: where mail for the domain is delivered
example.com. 3600 IN MX 10 mail.example.com.
; SPF: which servers may send mail for the domain
example.com. 3600 IN TXT "v=spf1 include:_spf.example.com ~all"
; DKIM: public key used to verify message signatures
selector1._domainkey.example.com. 3600 IN TXT "v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIIB..."
; DMARC: policy and reporting
_dmarc.example.com. 3600 IN TXT "v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@example.com"
We usually start DMARC with p=none to collect reports, fix any legitimate senders that fail, then move to quarantine and finally reject. Jumping straight to reject risks blocking your own mail.
| Protocol | Typical port | Encryption |
|---|---|---|
| IMAP | 993 | SSL/TLS |
| SMTP submission | 587 | STARTTLS |
| SMTP (implicit TLS) | 465 | SSL/TLS |
| POP3 | 995 | SSL/TLS |
These are typical settings. Your welcome email lists the exact hostnames for your account.
For moves from providers such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, we copy mail over IMAP in two passes: a full copy while you keep working, then a final sync just before the MX records change.
imapsync --host1 imap.old-provider.com --user1 user@example.com --password1 '***' \
--host2 mail.example.com --user2 user@example.com --password2 '***' \
--ssl1 --ssl2
One honest note: business email hosting is for people-to-people mail. For newsletters, marketing campaigns or application transactional email, use a dedicated sending service. We can configure one alongside your mailboxes.
